Peningkatan Resiliensi Perawat Generasi Z Melalui Model Sosial Spiritual Berbasis Web di Rumah Sakit
Abstract
Peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat sangat erat kaitannya dengan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan rumah sakit. Fenomena turnover perawat Gen Z menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan karena akan menjadi penerus keperawatan di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model sosial spiritual berbasis web dalam meningkatkan resiliensi perawat generasi Z di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain mixed method dengan pendekatan eksplanatori sekuensial. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling. Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara resiliensi perawat gen Z sebelum dan sesudah terpapar model sosial spiritual berbasis web di rumah sakit (α<0,05). Peneliti berharap agar penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan strategi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi perawat gen Z, agar peran perawat sebagai salah satu landasan yang dibutuhkan rumah sakit dalam proses penunjang pemberian pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam hal perawatan pasien semakin meningkat.
