Faktor Risiko Lingkungan Kejadian Stunting di Kecamatan Pemulutan dan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir
Abstract
Faktor lingkungan merupakan salah satu determinan kejadian stunting pada balita. Namun, hasil penelitian terkait asosiasi faktor risiko lingkungan dengan kejadian stunting masih inkonsistensi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan investigasi hubungan faktor risiko kesehatan lingkungan dengan kejadian stunting di Kecamatan Pemulutan dan Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari survei cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Praktik Belajar Lapangan 2023. Sampel sejumlah 992 balita dipilih dengan menggunakan metode multistage sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran antropometri dan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis multivariat dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kejadian stunting untuk kategori sangat pendek 7,4% dan kategori pendek 15,7%. Model regresi logistik menunjukkan ibu yang tidak sekolah (p=0,047; OR=1,368; CI95%=1,004-1,862) dan rumah tangga dengan sumber air minum dari sungai (p=0,004; OR=3,181; CI95%=1,449-6,986)), memiliki risiko yang lebih tinggi mengalami stunting dibanding kelompok referensi. Namun, tidak ditemukan adanya asosiasi yang bermakna secara statistik untuk variabel pemberian ASI, pengolahan air dan fasilitas MCK. Kesimpulannya, sumber air minum merupakan determinan lingkungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita di Kecamatan Pemulutan dan Tanjung Batu.
